One bedroom in the Hermon area of Los Angeles - I knew Bob through common friends at the American University in Washington, DC where I received my Masters in Real Estate. I had never been to his home in Los Angeles prior to the show. He really did a tremendous job maximizing the little space he had to work with. Everyone on the crew noted how the home did not really feel small despite the square footage. If he ties in the back better, he's set!
